Please note that this right is reserved exclusively for natural persons, for those consumer customers who, as defined in Article 1, purchase the goods for purposes unrelated to and outside their professional activity. The right of withdrawal is not provided for professional customers, whether natural or legal persons, who act in relation to the purchase contract in a professional capacity. To exercise this right, the Consumer must manifest to the Supplier their intention to withdraw, within 14 working days from the date of receipt of the goods in the case of goods, or from the day of conclusion of the online contract for services. Montegonzi \u2013 Cavriglia (AR)<\/strong> always sent within the aforementioned 14-day period and followed by a confirmation by registered letter with acknowledgment of receipt, sent within the following 48 hours. Once the aforementioned withdrawal communication is received, the Supplier will promptly inform the Consumer of the instructions on how to return the goods, intact and in the original packaging, which must take place within the following 48 hours.
2.2<\/strong>. In any case, the right of withdrawal is subject to the following conditions:
\u2013 this right applies to the product purchased in its entirety; it is not possible to exercise withdrawal on only part of the purchased product;
\u2013 the purchased good must be intact and returned in the original packaging, complete in all its parts (including packing and any documentation and accessory equipment), without any missing items.
\u2013 this right does not apply to products made to measure or clearly personalized.
2.3<\/strong>. The shipping costs relating to the return of the goods are entirely borne by the Consumer. The goods, until the attestation of receipt in the Supplier’s warehouse, are under the complete responsibility of the Consumer.
In any case, the Supplier is in no way liable for damage or theft\/loss of goods returned with uninsured shipments.
2.4<\/strong>. In the event of withdrawal, the Supplier will refund the Consumer the entire amount already paid, within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods and, in any case, no later than 30 days from the Consumer’s communication. It will be the Consumer’s responsibility to promptly provide the bank details on which to obtain the refund (IBAN code of the invoice holder).
2.5<\/strong>. The right of withdrawal lapses totally, due to the lack of the essential condition of integrity of the goods (packaging and\/or its contents), in cases where the Supplier ascertains:
\u2013 the absence of the outer packaging and\/or the original inner packaging;
\u2013 the absence of integral elements of the product;
\u2013 damage to the product for reasons other than its transport.

Si precisa che questo diritto \u00e8 riservato esclusivamente alle persone fisiche, a quei clienti consumatori che, secondo quanto definito all\u2019articolo 1, acquistano la merce per scopi non riferibili ed estranei alla propria attivit\u00e0 professionale. Non \u00e8 previsto il diritto di recesso ai clienti professionisti, persone fisiche o giuridiche, che agiscano in riferimento al contratto di acquisto in ambito professionale. Per esercitare tale diritto, il Consumatore dovr\u00e0 manifestare al Fornitore la volont\u00e0 di recedere, entro 14 giorni lavorativi dalla data di ricevimento della merce nel caso di beni, o dal giorno della conclusione del contratto on-line per i servizi. Tale comunicazione dovr\u00e0 essere inviata a mezzo lettera raccomandata con avviso di ricevimento indirizzata a Az. Agr. Montegonzi \u2013 Cavriglia (AR)<\/strong> inviati sempre entro il suddetto termine di 14 giorni e seguiti da una conferma a mezzo lettera raccomandata con avviso di ricevimento, inviata entro le 48 ore successive. Una volta pervenuta la suddetta comunicazione di recesso, il Fornitore comunicher\u00e0, rapidamente, al Consumatore le istruzioni sulla modalit\u00e0 di restituzione della merce, integra e nella confezione originaria, che dovr\u00e0 avvenire entro le successive 48 ore.
2.2<\/strong>. In ogni caso, il diritto di recesso \u00e9, comunque, sottoposto alle seguenti condizioni:
\u2013 detto diritto si applica al prodotto acquistato nella sua interezza, non \u00e8 possibile esercitare recesso solamente su parte del prodotto acquistato;
\u2013 il bene acquistato dovr\u00e0 essere integro e restituito nella confezione originale, completa in tutte le sue parti (compresi imballo ed eventuale documentazione e dotazione accessoria), senza alcuna mancanza.
\u2013 detto diritto non si applica ai prodotti confezionati su misura o chiaramente personalizzati.
2.3<\/strong>. Le spese di spedizione relative alla restituzione del bene sono interamente a carico del Consumatore. La merce, fino all\u2019attestato di avvenuto ricevimento nel magazzino del Fornitore, \u00e8 sotto la completa responsabilit\u00e0 del Consumatore.
In ogni caso, il Fornitore non risponde in nessun modo per danneggiamenti o furto\/smarrimento di beni restituiti con spedizioni non assicurate.
2.4<\/strong>. Il Fornitore, in caso di recesso, provveder\u00e0 a rimborsare al Consumatore l\u2019intero importo gi\u00e0 pagato, entro 14 giorni a partire dalla data di ricevimento della merce e, comunque, non oltre 30 giorni dalla comunicazione del Consumatore. Sar\u00e0 cura del Consumatore fornire tempestivamente le coordinate bancarie sulle quali ottenere il rimborso (Cod. IBAN dell\u2019intestatario della fattura).
2.5<\/strong>. Il diritto di recesso decade totalmente, per mancanza della condizione essenziale di integrit\u00e0 del bene (confezione e\/o suo contenuto), nei casi in cui il Fornitore accerti:
\u2013 la mancanza della confezione esterna e\/o dell\u2019imballo interno originale;
\u2013 l\u2019assenza di elementi integranti del prodotto;
\u2013 il danneggiamento del prodotto per cause diverse dal suo trasporto.
